Perfect Grilled Eggplant


Ingredients:

1 eggplant

Salt

Garlic

Tahini

Silan

1/2 Lemon, juiced

Jalapeño pepper slices

Parsley

Olive oil

Sumac



Step-by-Step Instructions:


1. Roast an eggplant on an open flame stove. Be sure to turn the eggplant occasionally so each side is cooked evenly.

2. Peel the skin off the cooked eggplant with caution, it will be hot.

3. Once peeled, slice the eggplant. Season with salt, minced garlic, raw tahini, silan, juice of ½ a lemon, sliced jalapeno, parsley, olive oil, and sumac.
