Easy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Tahini

Minced garlic

Parsley


Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 420°F / 120°C.

  2. Cut the head of cauliflower into medium size florets and place in an oven-safe dish.

  3. Coat the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with tahini. Top with minced garlic and dried parsley.
