Baba Ganoush Recipe - Vegan Gluten Free


Ingredients -

1 eggplant

½ cup raw tahini

½ lemon, juiced

Minced garlic

Salt

Olive oil

Sumac

Dried parsley



Step-by-Step Instructions:


1. On an open flame stove, grill an eggplant evenly on all sides.

2. Carefully cut and scoop out the insides of the grilled eggplant into a bowl.

3. Mash the eggplant with a fork until smooth. Mix in tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.

4. Serve and top with olive oil, sumac, and parsley.
