Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
2 oz salted butter
17-20 jumbo shrimp
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper
¼ tbsp chili powder
16.9 oz heavy cream
1 cup green peas
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 lb cooked spaghetti
¼ cup chopped parsley
Lemon zest
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Cook 1lb of spaghetti and set aside.
2. Place a pan on the stove on medium-high heat. Melt butter, then lay the shrimp on their side and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Then, reduce to medium heat and add minced garlic, spices, heavy cream, peas, and cheese. Simmer until the cheese is melted, then mix in the cooked spaghetti.
4. Top with fresh parsley and lemon zest.
