How to Make a Hello Kitty birthday cake

Cake:
150g dark chocolate
300 ml (quarter cup) oil
400 g (2 cups) sugar
6 eggs

240 ml (1 cup) milk
240 ml (1 cup) water
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 g (1 cup) cocoa
420 g (3 cups) flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Whipped cream:
500 ml (2 containers) heavy cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pink food coloring
Eye and film:
Melt 100 grams of dark chocolate
Mustache:
Fun spoon sticks
Preparation instructions:
• Preheat oven to 160 degrees and grease the baking sheet.
• Break the chocolate into chunks and place in a bowl. Melt in the microwave or on Bein Marrie, until chocolate is completely melted.
• Add the oil and mix well.
• Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, water, salt and vanilla, and beat into a smooth mixture.
• Sift in cocoa, flour and baking powder and beat until you get a smooth batter.
• Pour into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out with moist crumbs.
• If the cake surface is uneven, flatten it with a long bread knife.
• Cut the cake in the shape of Hello Kitty.
• Cream: place cream, powdered sugar, instant pudding, vanilla and food coloring into a mixer bowl, and beat until you get a very stable whipped cream.
