ALFAJORES DE DULCE DE LECHE RECIPE
Today’s recipe is Alphors and is dedicated to my husband, Eyal.
Alphors with condensed milk and coconut.
Ingredients:
100g butter
85g flour
150g cornflower
½ spoon drinking soda
½ spoon baking soda
3 egg yolks (2 if L)
80g sugar
1 lemon zest
1 spoon vanilla extract
Condensed milk
Grated coconut
Recipe:
Mix the egg yolks and butter with the sugar at room temperature. Add the lemon zest and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Place the flour and cornstarch with baking powder and baking soda. Mix with your hands to create dough.
Roll out the dough so that it has a thickness of ½” (not too thick).
